JZ Band Camp (Ages 7-14)

A unique intensive two-week program for students ages 7-14. Through intensive instrument and musicianship classes and ensemble playing, students will learn how to play together in a band whilst having a lot of fun. Campers will develop teamwork and leadership skills and at the end of the camp the attendees will perform their 1^st gig for friends and family.

The camp will run from 12.30PM to 3:30PM every week day from July 5^th to July 16^th.

The Band Camp is an ideal environment for budding junior pop or rock stars, divas, and even young budding jazz or classical masters to have fun making music with others whilst improving chosen instrument skills in guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, vocals, brass and wind instruments and gaining a good foundation in musicianship.

Band campers will also learn a lot about different types of music and how contemporary music evolved. There will also be special performances by faculty and guest musicians.

Campers will be under expert leadership and guidance to insure that each student gains the highest quality of instruction available. Whether a beginner or an accomplished player we will have a band for you! Participating campers are grouped with other campers based upon age, ability and musical interest whenever possible.
