Pre payment of class fees

Please be advised that all JZ School classes both group and private lessons will need to be pre-paid. Pre-payment is needed to reserve the time of the teacher.

Group Class Refund Policy

In the unfortunate event of the minimum number of students for a group class not being attained, a full refund will be provided, including bank transfer charges if relevant.

Class fees cannot be refunded or make-up class arrangements made for reasons of student sickness or to accommodate student availability changes after course commencement.

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy (student cancellation)

The lesson can be re-scheduled if notification (telephone call to reception:5403-5273, working hours:10am-6pm) is provided 24 hours before the proposed cancellation/re-schedule.

The class fee will be forfeit if less notice is provided (the teacher will need to be paid).

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy (JZ School cancellation)

If JZ School needs to cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice and cannot find an agreed substitute teacher to deliver a class, a complimentary lesson will be provided by JZ School with the usual teacher at a mutually agreed time. For example the following lesson after the cancellation will be free.

Private Lesson Validity After Payment

Private lessons must be taken up within six (6) months from the date of payment. If there are unused/outstanding lessons after 6 months, the classes will be forfeit.

Housekeeping

Eating and drinking are not permitted in class

JZ Kids: no shoes are allowed inside the dance room

Take care of personal belongings. JZ School is not responsible for any loss thereof.

Audio visual recording

JZ School reserves the right to photograph/record learning activities in progress and to use for teacher training, curriculum, or other promotional purposes, unless otherwise informed by the student/parent/guardian in writing

JZ School Mailing List

JZ School will only collect information that is necessary for us to support our business activities. We do not share any personally identifiable or private customer information with third parties.

JZ School will send promotional materials via email or post to your specified address periodically to provide you with timely news and offers of the school. Should you not wish to receive this information, please inform JZ School reception or check the relevant box on the JZ School application form so we can take you off the mailing list.
